ACHD delivers online, instructor-led, internationally benchmarked hospitality training. Our sessions are interactive and scenario-based, delivered live from Vancouver directly to your team in Ghana. Our programs are designed to make North American service standards accessible to Ghana’s workforce. Our online model provides flexible, high-impact training that elevates guest-service excellence, strengthens operational capability, and supports the growth of Ghana’s tourism and service sector. Each module is carefully structured to elevate staff performance, strengthen operational consistency, and enhance guest satisfaction across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and tourism operations.
1. Guest Service & Front Office ExcellenceThis module strengthens your team’s ability to deliver warm, confident, and efficient guest interactions. Staff learn modern hospitality etiquette, service-mindset behaviours, and practical communication techniques that reflect global expectations. This training enhances professionalism at every touchpoint, from greetings and enquiries to service recovery-creating a seamless front-office experience.
2. Housekeeping Quality & Operational StandardsThis module focuses on precision, speed, and consistency in housekeeping operations. Staff are trained in international cleaning standards, safety and sanitation protocols, and room-readiness expectations found in leading hotels. The training improves workflow efficiency and elevates the overall guest impression through reliable, high-quality room presentation.
3. Cultural Intelligence & Hospitality CommunicationThis module helps staff communicate with confidence across diverse guest groups. Participants learn culturally adaptable behaviour, guest-service body language, and strategies for delivering hospitality that feels both professional and genuinely Ghanaian.
