Amoako, a Ghanaian/British/Canadian hospitality educator and service-excellence specialist. Juliet has 25+ years of international tourism and hospitality experience across Canada, US, the Caribbean and Europe, she has also spent over 7 years training future tourism and hospitality professionals at career colleges in Vancouver, Canada and continues to do so. Juliet played an operational leadership role during the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games, one of the world’s most demanding hospitality environments. She was responsible for supervising and coordinating hundreds of volunteers supporting international athletes, delegations, and global media. This high-pressure experience ensures ACHD delivers world-class service standards and operational precision that stands up to global scrutiny. Many of Juliet’s learners have gone on to secure roles with leading global hospitality brands, including: Disney World, Florida Disney Cruise Line Princess Cruises Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel, Vancouver Fairmont Hotel, Vancouver Her training approach blends international service standards, hands-on operational expertise, and culturally attuned instruction designed specifically for Ghana’s rapidly developing tourism and service sector.
